Ingredients: Purple Cabbage, Carrot, Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Sesame Seeds
1. Finely chop cabbage and place in a large bowl.
2. Peel the outer skin of the carrot into the trash or compost, then peel the rest of the carrot directly into the bowl.
3. Douse with sesame oil and rice vinegar. You might add a little olive oil too if you are feeling adventurous.
4. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.
5. Mix well so that all the cabbage is coated with delicious sesame flavor.
